Leading Thriving Organizations Certificate Program

The Leading Thriving Organizations (LTO) Certificate Program focuses on leaders in the healthcare industry. This program is 100% financially covered for healthcare professionals who meet the requirements. The Mason Health and Public Safety Workforce Resiliency Training Program through a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) grant will cover program costs for nurses, social workers, public health practitioners, and healthcare managers and leaders. The program is offered virtually with live instruction via Zoom. Participants should anticipate a time commitment of 20 hours in class (synchronous) and 10 hours outside of class (asynchronous) for assessments, readings, and learning integration.
